Helping users track and collaborate on issues and exceptions

Invoice processing often involves multiple coworkers. To help users better collaborate and improve processing times, we introduced an exceptions management tool where users can create exceptions on shipments and invoices to track and collaborate on outstanding issues. In addition, we leveraged automation to detect specific supported issues and create exceptions automatically for users, proactively flagging problematic shipments and invoices. I designed this feature from exception setup and management in settings to the presentation and resolution workflow. This new tool allowed users to focus and work together on shipments and invoices that needed their attention, enhancing in-app collaboration, issue tracking, and processing efficiency.
